The Department of botany offering B.Sc with CBBt(Chemistry,Botany,Biotechnology) and CBMi(Chemistry,Botany,Microbiology) combinations. We have well equipped laboratory with the varities of preserved materials and slides required for practical classes.

Our vision is to provide quality education for students in the domain of plants and to make them eco-friendly. The department has a well established botanical garden in college premises having varities of plants of botanical interest.

The Department of botany always strives for the overall development of the students. Faculty members are involved in motivating students in developing leadership qualities by way of organizing collection trip, educational tours, group discussion.
